Our company started in the State of Florida in 2002, we were working under a different name until we moved back to our island where we grew up. In Florida, we started also providing training certifications in Miami-Dade College and Albizu University. We were also an independent contractor for FEMA for about 16 yrs. In 2004, we moved back to PR and established AYUSO INSPECTIONS where we have provided services for thousands of families of fulfilling their dream of owning a home.
We also started providing training classes to Certify inspectors under the InterNACHI Association of Certified Home Inspectors organization chapter that we preside. We provide Continuing Education through different related Associations and have participated in many TV and Radio programs. We have also written various articles for newspapers and we have had a presence in many of the Trade Conventions. That has given us the knowledge and experience to be able to provide YOU with the most informative and accurate Inspection Service.
We know the island has challenges but we were raised here and know the infrastructure and the construction materials in and out. That allows us to provide YOU with the proper inspection for your necessities. We use the most recent tools and technological systems that allow us to be on the cutting edge of the industry.
